We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have created a clone version of your form and I was not able to reproduce the issue that you described on the clone version.
I see that you have added a PayPal payment field in your form. Please make sure that is properly set up following the instructions in this guide — How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal
If it is but you are still having an issue, please tell us what error message your respondents are getting. Also, were you also able to reproduce the same issue on your end when you make test submissions with your form?
