Email says reached quota

    We have an email says we have reached quota- however mailbox is at zero. Can you help get our form back online?

    You can review in your my account Usage page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage  which limits had been exceeded.

    Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits

    I reviewed your account and it shows the Upload Space limit had been exceeded on your FREE account.

    You have 2 options to re-activate the account.

    1. Upgrade to higher plan to expand the Upload Space limit. Upgrading will take effect immediately and will activate the account and form.s

    2. Or you can delete submissions on your forms that include submission uploads.

    When you delete submissions that have uploaded files, it will be counted in your Upload Space usage.
