The fields are disabled even without a conditional logic

    when I attempt to auto-generate emails on my form, the text fields will not accept any text.

    Here is my form

    any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Do you mean this text field (see screenshot below)?

    If yes, then that's normal because the text field has no unique name and can't pull the value automatically. If you want to include the text in your email then you need to customize your notification/autoresponder email template.

    No, the problem I am having is on the page titled Consistent Workers. That page is so the requester (form filler) can input colleagues email addresses so the colleagues will receive the information on the form. Page 4 of the form. A cursor doesn't even appear when I hoover over field.

    I have tried recreating this form form scratch, yet I am still experiencing the same issue.

    That's strange. The fields are disabled and there is no conditional logic that disables the fields. For the mean time, please try to add this condition to your form to fix the issue:
