Payment for was hacked

    today our payment for was hacked and someone was “carding” through our form. We have contacted PayPal pro merchant services who is investigating. But they said to notify you as well as it must not be a secured form. How or can we add capta security? And can you reset my limit since it was fraudulent charges? They were all for the same $2 fee. Also need to block all the IP addresses associated with these in order for PayPal to reactivate my account. Please advise.

    I reset your payment limit, you can insert one of the captchas from widgets section:

    Our forms are secured by default, so this seems like just random data submitting on your form.

    The IP addresses are different as well as data.
