    I want to close this account , and I need steps to do it because I am not see we’re or haw to close

    Please note that the deleted accounts are available in the system up to a month. Since the deleted account is associated with the same email address it is not possible to use the email address to register another account.

    If you want to register another using the same email address, we can restore the deleted account and change the account username. Let us know the username so that we can change it for you.

    I have now changed the username and re-activated the account.

    You can test the new username Silvasile85  when you login at https://www.jotform.com/login
