I have checked the only form in your account that has the field(s) that you have described and see that you are referring to the Calculation Values set up in the fields. Can you tell us exactly are you trying to accomplish, please? And how can we help you with what you are trying to do with your form?
We will wait for your response.

I will complete my question now. So, I have a questionnaire with answers yes/no and I added values such as 1 for yes and 0 for no. In the end, I want the respondents to receive a result, a score based on their answers. For example, they will gather a score of 15 points and we have prepared a document with a set of recommendations for him/her. How can I get there? To calculate the score and send automatically a document to the respondent?

You can use Form Calculation widget to calculate the total score.
Here is the guide: How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget
Could you please confirm that on what basis you want to send the documents? Or do you want to share the same document to everyone?
If you want to share the same document to everyone, you can add the document link on the Thank You page or you can also attach documents to the Autoresponder email.

Op1. I would like to send different documents based on their score. If they have a score between 0-10 they will receive the recommendations for the basic level, if they have the score between 11-20 they will receive other recommendations, and so on. Is it possible to do this?
Op2. They can receive a copy of their answers and a report that announce them the score? If so, I could add on the autoresponder e-mail a document with recommendations for all levels and the responder just need to find what fits him/her.

You can create multiple autoresponders(which is possible for paid accounts only), where you can display their answers, and attached a document: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
Then, you can create conditions to trigger one of the autoresponders based on the scored obtained: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer
