For example, they will gather a score of 15 points and we have prepared a document with a set of recommendations for him/her. How can I get there? You can use Form Calculation widget to calculate the total score.

Op1. I would like to send different documents based on their score. If they have a score between 0-10 they will receive the recommendations for the basic level, if they have the score between 11-20 they will receive other recommendations, and so on. Is it possible to do this?

Op2. They can receive a copy of their answers and a report that announce them the score? If so,  I could add on the autoresponder e-mail a document with recommendations for all levels and the responder just need to find what fits him/her.
