Downgrade account but ensure submissions will not be lost

    Hi,


    I would like to downgrade my account to a free version and to ensure that the submissions within my form (disabled, more than 1K submissions) will not be lost. Can you please confirm this will be the case?

    Once your account have been downgraded to Free, the limits for Free plan would be applied to your account. Currently, you have more than 1 thousand Total submissions.

    For the Free plan, you can only have 500 Total submissions and once you reach this limit, the system will automatically delete the old submissions to allow new once.

    You may download your submissions first so that you have a copy of your submissions before requesting to downgrade your subscription to free.
