Some fields are not shown on form

    Hello again guys,

    I'm so so close to finishing but I just can't certain field to show at the very end of the form.

    Please see attached screenshot to "wish list".

    I know i;'m missing something silly, but for the life of me I just can't see it..

    Hello Dujon,

    Can you please let us know what field is causing difficulties exactly? 

    I see there are conditions attached to every field on your screenshot and if a condition is met, fields are shown for me.

    We will wait for your reply.

    Hi Victoria,
    Sorry what I should have added is that only one condition should show at a
    time.

    I think it was a cache issue. everything seems to be working ok....
