    Good morning.

Okay so what I am trying to do is create a form that will be a check in and out station. So when they "check in" we have information like who they are and what badge number they assigned to them. But for the "check out" we want to check out with the badge number they imputed when they checked in.

So the logistics of this is I need a widget or code to write to the google sheet when we "check in" and read the same google sheet when we "check out" so I can pull name and badge number inputs for the check out.

this is to confirm their name when they check out with there badge.

As I understood, You would like to prepopulate the check out case of the form using previously entered information while checking in.

As I checked your form, you have already used Spreadsheet to Form widget which is used for the cases you have mentioned. The logic of this widget generally based on populating the other form fields if the validation column value is entered into the widget correctly. Does this widget meet your expectations? If not, please describe the issue or lack to us so we can assist you better? Also, we recommend you to check the guide about the Spreadsheet to Form widget:

Another way to populate the form with the previous submission is by passing them using URL parameters. This guide is explaining the main concept and the steps in detail:

I hope one of these solutions can help you.
