Once a form has been submitted no code is being sent so it can't be verified. Please can you check why no codes are being sent ? Thanks so much. 

I have just tested your form and verification code was received immediately. There could be a filtering issue on your end. Can you please check if email for some reason was received to spam folder? Please mark it as not spam:
