I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Are you referring to a mobile app to build the forms and view the submissions received? If so, we do have Android and iOS apps to check the submissions. Also, we are currently working on a new version which is in beta stage that you may want to take a look. Here is the link to the Android app and you may check iOS app with Test flight.
