Why is Next question is not displayed for the button on mobile responsive card form?

Hi there, 

We are creating a form using the newer style of form where the user is asked a question one at a time.

On Desktop, the design of the system is great, where the Next button is on the actual question card. But when we use the form on mobile, the next button is moved down to the bottom of the page, rather than be attached to the question card. We feel that it's a little less obvious how to progress with the next button disconnected from the question. It also does not display the Next or Previous text when viewing on mobile like it does on desktop.

Is there any way at all we can make the Next button move back up onto the card when viewing the form on mobile?

I believe that the text is not displayed for the Next button due to the design related constraints. Also, since the mobile phones are now touch enabled you should be able to move to the next field by swiping the cards. So, it may not be necessarily to use the Next button to move to the next field on mobile screens.
