Wordpress plugin and my form breaks after they hit the submit button

    Hello! I am having issues with the form using Wordpress.

    I tried pasting the link/iframe/etc and I tried using the Wordpress plugin and my form breaks after they hit the submit button.  In addition, the form doesn't show all of the information after hitting submit. It shows missing image tags, and the background over lapses into the body. My form works perfect if they go to the jotform.com url and register through your web form. Does your plugin still allow us to embed forms?

    Any ideas?

    In fact, the Wordpress plugin is working properly. The screenshot you sent is "Thank you page" of your form. You must customize it.

    Please try to reduce font sizes and remove the width attribute of the div element. Please see these.
