Not receiving form submission emails & 502 Bad Gateway errors

    Hi,

    We need for you all to communicate and respond. It appears you have a major outage of some kind. We are not receiving the email output of our form submissions. We've checked the History for emails and only now are some of them show up, but with wrong dates. Our form users are getting a 502 Bad Gateway error message (attached) after they make the submission. As of this request we are not receiving any email output but submissions are being captured in the database thank goodness.

    I have been testing one of your forms and noticed the issue, I will report it to our second level so our developers can have a look on the issue, we will keep you updated via this thread.

    I’ve been working with our no-replay@preferredship.com SMTP to make sure that’s correct as you suggested. I noticed that all the forms having this issue have a common denominator in that the no-reply@jotform.com was used in one or more of the email responders. So, I’m switching them to our SMTP no-reply@preferredship.com. We’ll see if it corrects the email or 502 error issue.

    Hi again.

    Ok, I updated consistently all the forms email responses to send from either no-reply@preferredship.com or accountclearance@preferredship.com , both with confirmed valid SMTP setups.

    I retested the forms after the above update and still on these three forms: Customer Setup, Trucking Customer Setup, Preferred Shipping and we are getting the 502 error after submission and the emails don’t come through.

    Could you please remove campaign monitor integration temporarily and try to send a submission? Or you can give us permission to do that, we can check it here.
