Why is text bunched up when form is embedded on web page?

    Thanks, Alan. Yes, I did. I searched the questions other people have asked and the word "bunched" pulled up two records. I used the CSS code recommended, which changed the width parameter to 615 and it worked. Thanks for checking and replying.
