Hi i have tried to downgrade my account but it is asking for a password i dont have. Can you downgrade it please?

Hello Richard it's no trouble at all. I have gone ahead cancelled your subscription per your request. Your account has been scheduled for downgrade on 5/26/2013 which is when it will then reflect the changes of the downgrade on your account.
