Limits to Free account

    I've reached the 10 limit for SSL submissions and received an email saying my account is going to be disabled!

    Why can I not continue to use the account and receive a further 90 (non-SSL) submissions this month?

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. I have now re-activate your account and reset your SSL submission quota. To avoid this from happening again, please consider using non-secured form cause we are only allowed to reset SSL quota once.

    Thank you, that is most helpful.
    I have asked people to use the link to the non-secured form ( and started receiving responses on that.
    But along with every submission I get an email advising that my account is nearly full – even though I have received only 15 submissions total out of what I understood to be a total permitted of 100.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The notification you received is only a warning that you are nearing your limit  as you have already use 15 submission out of 100.

    If you wish to avoid receiving notification, you can always upgrade your account to premium which allow 1000 submssion per month and 10GB worth space or better yet our new ECONOMY plan which allows 10,000 submission.
