Having issues selecting an action type with my authentication to Trello

I'm have integrated Trello to my account, but it won't let me select a type of integration under the "Action type" drop-drown menu.  I want to select "create card", but when I select it the screen goes blank and nothing happens.  I'm using IE and I haven't had any problems with the form creation part of JotForm.

Integration works fine with other browsers like google chrome, firefox, opera, and edge browser. However, it seems the issue is only in the IE browser. Try to use another browser (browsers I mentioned) to finish the integration and then use IE if you want to continue editing the form.
