Could you let us know if we can send a test submission to the form to test it from our end?

Also, have you tried submitting the form using another network or IP address? Give it a try and let us know if 502 message still shows.

yes you can run a test submission.  I just tried it from my laptop and it's not working.  We are losing submissions and need to get this fixed asap

Thank you for letting us to send a test submission. As we tried to send a test submission, we were able to replicate the issue at my end. Checking the forms further, we notice that the Campaign Monitor and Constant Contact are integrated on all the forms. It looks like one of the integrations are causing the issue. Could you try removing one of the integrations on one form and see if you are able to send the submission? If the issue still persists, please try removing the other integration and see if that works and then reintegrate them.

Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Thanks for the help. They all are working now without removing an integration.
