I was locked out for phishing again!!!!

    can someone please help! I am locked out for phishing again! I was editing a form.  And restarted my browser.  This has happened before and the said it was a glitch and that it should not happen again.  Please help quickly as I use these forms for appointment requests and payments!

    Upon review of your account it was found automatically suspended (autosuspended) by our Phishing Detector Tool.

    Since forms are created everyday for phishing activities such as: stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, banking information, etc; our Phishing Detector Tool automatically suspends forms that may contain words related to such activities.

    Will this keep happening?  This has happened twice so far and I have only had this account for a week?  Will this happen when I upgrade to a higher plan?  The last time this happened someone said it was a glitch.  

    I just want to be reassured before I upgrade.

    The phishing error just happened again. I started another post. 

    Can someone look into my account and see what is going on?  

    Is it something that I am doing?

    My form was not found!! And I tried to log in and it gave me the phishing error again!!  Why does this keep happening???

    As my colleague mentioned before, only free accounts are automatically suspended by our phishing detector tool. The tool can detect phishing in all accounts, but our reviewer team handles paid accounts and manually suspend them if there are offending fields to the forms.

    So upgrading to any paid plans will prevent your account from being suspended automatically. Again, we are sorry for the trouble caused to you.
