Settings for email Notification

Hello,

I am having trouble with the notifications to me once my email recipients submit a form I created.  I would like to see their name and their email address in the "from" field put it lists their name and "noreply@jotform.com".  How can I change that?

I see you have already set up Sender Name, does it show respondent's name correctly? 

Regarding email address as 'From' value, we only have an option to set the reply-to with email of your respondent:

But, if you would like to set the from value with same email, you would need to apply custom solution for this. I can suggest to check the following article: Set-The-Sender-Email-Address-With-Mandrill-Account
