It says I've exceeded my quota

    Hi


    I get a message saying I've exceeded my quota when trying to use the forms but it doesn't appear that I have

    I see that your account is currently holding Free subscription plan and notice that all the parameters within the limits. However, the file storage space is almost 75% occupied which you may be displayed with a warning in your account. If you want to clear the storage space, it is required to delete the submissions that are uploaded with files. Please note that the deletion of submissions is a permanent action and the deleted submissions cannot be recovered in anyway. If you want to take a backup of the submissions, you may export the submissions from the Data section of your account settings.
