Why is the thank you page redirection is not working on our form?

    I'm trying to use the Redirect Option on the Thank You page but no matter how much I click on the Redirect button, it stays on the Thank You Page option.

    Does it work on the Free version of JotForm or is that only activated with a paid subscription ?

    If it's supposed to work with the Free version as well, then it's not working on mine, and yet I was sure that it did at one time.

    As we check your JotForm, we notice that there is a condition set to display the Thank you message by specific rules which could be causing the issue. 


    Please check the conditions set on your form and try using a different options while submitting the form so that the Thank you page redirection should be working fine.

    Hi Alannah,

    The redirect to external link option is working on the free version.
    I checked your form and Thank You Page condition not work correctly. 

    when I deleted to conditon and create again, it is worked. 

    You can recreate to condition and try again.

    I had totally forgotten that I was trying to test some conditions for
    specifying certain emails to be sent out.
