Why can't I access my forms?

    Hi Guys,

    Over the last couple of days I created three forms for our website for candidate and client registration and also self employment test.

    Our site went live today but the links to our forms all failed simultaneously. I logged into Jotform using my google account as I did before and the admin panel said I have no forms!

    I checked all three links on our website and the links all go to blank pages.




    Can you please help us out to get this rectified, I am really worried we lost all three of our forms it took us a while to create them and upload our logo etc and get them all looking good.

    It looks like our account may have been hacked and someone physically deleted every form, could this be possible?

    Any help with this would be much appreciated please, our website was due to go live today.

    The account named "cycoleman" is suspended due to phishing reasons. Your form(Form ID: 91051999343363) collects sensitive information such as tax information without masking the information which is against the JotForm's Terms of Use.

    I have now removed the fields that collect sensitive information and re-activated your account. Please refrain from doing this because if your account gets suspended again, it will become difficult for us to re-activate your account again.
