How do I have multiple questions on one page

My form is now set to single page and i am trying to hide some fields when i pick a certain number of travelers up to 10.  Depending on the number of travelers i choose the form should show the fields for each traveler personal informtion.  Right now when i choose 5 and up it does not show all the fields for the travelers. is there a limitation on the form?  If yes would adding multiple pages solve the problem?  If yes, can i add multiple questions on one page?  I am trying to see if i should upgrade but if this is a limitation then i cannot upgrade because jotform is not for me in that case.

Template i am using is Xstream/Paycation Travel Booking Request Form

It should work with the conditions, but instead using using the "Hide" conditions I would recommend you to use "Show" so if the user selects 1 show the fields for the first traveler, if selects 2 then show the fields for the first and second traveler and so on.

Here's also a guide that will help you showing multiple fields with conditional logic: https://www.jotform.com/help/297-Show-or-Hide-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Using-the-Section-Collapse-Field
