Hi! My organization works in the US, Germany, and UK. We have a media consent form that all participants must sign so we can video and take photos.

Since each country is different for GDPR standards, we need three forms in multiple languages.

Saying that, would it be smart to do conditional formatting, where PAGE 1 is select region, then based on the region selected the go to a specific page? PAGE 2 US, PAGE 3 Germany (in German + English), and PAGE 4 UK. Would that work?

The main goal is to make the UX easier so we don't have multiple links and all release forms live under one FORM/URL.

Yes, this would work. You can skip or hide pages with a conditional logic based on region selected on the first page. Here is a guide: How-to-Skip-Pages-Using-Conditional-Logic

We will be glad to help if you face difficulties while setting up a form. However, please note that form errors (warnings) will be shown in English for every case. Would that be ok for you?
