how to give access to form submissions

Hello, a colleague had set up a form and provided me with the collaborator link. I think we both thought this was sufficient access, however this does not provide access to view form submissions. She has since left the company and I'm trying to have full access to this form.

    Her email was: jennifer.butler-symonds@integramed.com

When viewing the form, you can see my email is the one currently listed where submissions should be sent.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

Collaborators are unable to see form submissions. They can only edit the form.

However, form owner can make the submission page public. When the form owner makes the submission page public it is required for them to set a password. Upon setting up the password, they will be given a link to the submission page. After this process, if they provide you with the password and the link, you will be able to access submissions.

Instructions to make submission page public is below:

Another way to share forms and the submissions is by creating Sub Users which is available only in our Enterprise plan.
