How can I copy a form from another user?

Hello, I have a personal account, with a form I would like to copy in a secondary account (used for special activities).

How can I copy a form from first to second account?

Should I share it as a template? And if so, can I delete my form from template list once I've done?

You may let your second account clone your form. Just make sure your form can be cloned by checking your Form Builder, Settings>Form Settings>Prevent Cloning to No.
