Why am I out of upload space?

I just tried to give you guys another shot and it tells me I am out of upload space and to upgrade.  How can I be out of space when I haven't use the system since December? The basic package says 100 a month.

Please explain.

The forms that you have deleted are lying in the Trash folder in your My Form page. Please delete these from the Trash folder and the upload counter will be reset accordingly.
