Legal Questions for HIPAA compliant forms

    Good morning Team,

We are looking at using your HIPAA compliant forms, and our attorney has asked if he can have a Word Doc version of your BAA, or if we can give you our BAA on file and call it a day. Would that be possible?

Also if we use DropBox to store the submitted forms, will we be in any violation on your end?

I believe that's all for now.

    Thank you

The BAA is available in PDF format, so once you enable HIPAA compliance on your account, JotForm will email a signed BAA. Then, you can email it to your attorney.

Also if we use DropBox to store the submitted forms, will we be in any violation on your end?

There is no violation, because Dropbox is HIPAA compliant.
