Issues with jotforms and chrome (Too many redirects).

Recently a company I support (Trysk Print Solutions) has been having an issue with clicking on the links to download media they get the too many redirects.  It works in safari.  It's not a cache issue as it's all of their users (including myself who has no ties to the company).  

I can see the form related to that file is integrated with Dropbox, we had an issue with forms integrated with Dropbox and files were showing that error. 

The issue has been fixed from our end, if the problem persists, I would recommend you to try clearing your browser's cache and following this link: https://kinsta.com/blog/err_too_many_redirects/
