Encrypted Form > Checkbox field is displaying %20 between words instead of space

    When you decrypt a form response using the link provided in the notification email, a checkbox field with an acknowledgement statement is displayed wrong but when you go to the all submissions page it displays correctly. Unfortunately only the admin (our team) can log in and view all submissions so that is not a solution for our HR folks.

    Capture.png shows the view all submissions page and Capture2.png shows the response in a web browser.




    The two forms having this issue are /build/81423790597163 and /build/81423418297157

    Thank you for reaching out to our support forum. Seeing as your form is encrypted what we can try is clear your form cache as well as your browser cache and try one more time. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    I have followed the steps to clear our forms cache but received this reply from our HR person. She said, "So will this be on any new ones that come in after we clear cache? Or will it revert the old ones as well. I just cleared and tried to open the last one we received and it still showed like that. But I can keep an eye on the new ones that come in to see if that will update those."

    I am able to replicate the issue on my cloned form. Please allow me some time to try to resolve it.

    Unfortunately, I was not able to resolve this issue. I saw that you have another field at the bottom of the form with almost exact text which does not have the same issue. 

    The only difference is that the text at the bottom of the form does not have "s" at the end of the word statements.


    So if "s" is removed (statement) the issue will be resolved. 

    I will report this issue to our developers. We will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.
