Unique Question Limit: an option to set an expiry or reset the unique question in a day

I would like to limit the number of responses based on an answer to a question to one per day.

For instance, in my form, I have "Student Name" as a field, I would like to limit it to 1 submission per day based off of the student names field.

It's possible to limit the submissions based on unique questions as explained on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question

However, unfortunately, it's not possible to limit submissions on a daily basis, I mean, it's possible to limit the submissions if a user enters certain data in a field, but this cannot be reset the next day, I have been checking for workarounds, but so far this does not seem to be possible.

I see, is there a way to submit a feature request for this?

Sure, I have raised this thread to our backend team as a feature request for unique question limit with expiry or reset option. Please note that we cannot give you an estimate as to when this feature will get implemented or if our developers will consider adding such in the future, but as soon as we have an update, we will let you know here.
