Fields that are filled out (in the email that we received) are not populating in the PDF

    There are fields that have been filled out by this form, and are completed on the email, but do not appear on the attached PDF. Please help.

    I have tried to check the fields both on email notification as well as the PDF file sent to you. The fields seem to be fine. Can you please provide me some of the fields that you feel are missing in PDF and are included in email notification so that I can investigate the same and assist you accordingly?

    I'd be happy to forward you the email. Basically all the fields under Product were missing in the PDF.

    The field might not be included in the PDF copy. Try deleting the old PDF template and create a new one. With new ones, it will include all the fields in the form.
