PDF: ISSUE with EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

Here are the steps to add NOTIFICATION EMAILS for your forms.

From FORM BUILDER, click SETTINGS then EMAILS, click on the add symbol to add a NOTIFICATION EMAIL.

Next click on the > after NOTIFICATION EMAIL

Click on the RECIPIENTS tab, enter the recipient's email. Then click on SAVE.

My other question was, Is it possible to have this form field in the fillable pdf? Ideally I would like to place a pdf file on my site that can get sent to clients and that they can send back filled out.

Hi @jennichoban,

As far as setting up your NOTIFICATIONS to be sent out to a different email address after each submission is done. Unfortunately, there is not an option for that. 

For your second question regarding placing a PDF File on your website that can get sent to clients. One option is you could EMBED the FORM you created on your website for your customers to fill out.

You would click on PUBLISH then EMBED. There are a few different ways you can EMBED the FORM to your site.

Your customers would be able to fill out your FORM from your website.

Another option is to send your customers the URL link of the Form.
