Encrypted Form: Processing Error - Incorrect entry in the numeric field on form submission

    Dear Support Team,

    when we try to submit a form (after completing it) the following message appears:

    Processing Error: incorrect entry in the numeric field. Please go back and try again.

    We've already submitted this problem, your colleague Victoria_K has already replied (see attached) but our forms still don't work.

    Please fix this bug.

    Hello @HolotropicHungary - The bug with the Number Field was indeed fixed. However, it looks like it's still happening on encrypted forms alone.

    I managed to reproduce the error by creating a simpler test form that's encrypted: https://www.jotform.com/91077099974978

    Let me escalate this to our developers so they can fix it too for forms with encryption enabled. We'll keep you posted on this thread as soon as we hear from them. Thanks for reporting this to us.

    The patch which had been added missed encrypted forms. Apologizes for the trouble. Now it should be OK.

    Hello Support Team,

    Our form also seems to have this problem. A colleague tried to submit, but received the error.

    I tried this as well and it worked perfectly.
