Is there a way to create a quiz and give results once the user hits the submit button?

    I created a quiz, with multiple choice questions and true or false. once the user submits, they have no idea how they did.

    If you need a more customizable solution, it might be possible to use form calculations and conditional logic to show and/or email the results to the users.

    How do I limit the number of attempts a user tries to submit the quiz. Only want 1 attempt

    If you want to limit the number of times a certain user can submit to your form, kindly use the Unique submission feature for your form.
