Follow up on Too Many Redirects

We did some testing and apparently any file that has a space after a special character like é or ñ, fails.   Can you look into this?  It's for your customer for Trysk Print Solutions.  I got a reply back saying that this was fixed but it appears it's not as we have been testing trying to narrow down what causes it and it's still happening as of minutes ago (12:25PM PST).

This is a known issue with special characters in filenames and happens in Chrome Browsers. I would suggest to try and use another browser such as Firefox.
