How to disable a form on a specific date and set the warning message?

    Hello, I know how to disable a form on a specific date, but my Warning Message is not showing up when one clicks on the form. I want my Warning Message to say "Applications for fall 2019 closed: reopens 9/3/19.

    You can set your warning message below the expire date.
