How to embed Form in my website?

I have cloned and published a form. What are the options on the publish page ie; embed, email, platforms, copy link, open in new tab, share options and what do they mean and how do I use them? I want viewers of my website to access the JotForm I cloned and to receive the completed form in my email.

To embed the Form in your website, you may follow this detailed guide:

To receive emails from the user when they submit the Form, please set up Notification email. To send the submission confirmation to your user once they submit Form, please set up an Autoresponse email.
