Can't reset password

Hello,

I can't login using my login and password. After clicking "Forgot your password?" I don't receive email.

My login is "svetit" using "swetit@gmail.com" email address since 2011 year. There are some forms in my account with results.

For sending this answer I need to register another account using Gmail integration. And now when I try to receive instruction for restore password your site send me the link for new account, because email addresses are the same.

I don't need new account, I need access to my old account.

Please, help me to restore access to my old account!

There seems no account with the name svetit and with the email Id "swetit@gmail.com" you are registered as swetit.

Could you please let us know any of the Form URL that you have in your old account? We can investigate further using the Form.
