I use LasptPass as my password manager, and it doesn't seem to work or recognize the username and password fields on your homepage. Is that something you can make work so LastPass will find the username and password fields?

I have submitted a ticket to our development team. We can't just tell how long will this request take to implement. Once this is done, we'll let everybody knows about this.
Thanks for your patience.

Instead of "Add site" use "Save all entered data." It seems to help, although the autologin does not work.

Hello jjsatkowski and DarkUFO. We apologize for the delay on getting back on this request.
Upon further review, it is unfortunate to say that this would be not possible to implement. The ability of JotForm's login process and not be able for past and existing tools to collect the login data and use it for automated authentication is actually a security measure made to prevent hackers to access users' accounts. Unfortunately, LastPass is also affected by this security process.
You may however try using Maxtrac's suggestion to save all data entered.
