    Dears your precvious response is a mentioned below, kindly find attached 3 pics, the first one shows that all submissions are 0, the seconde one shows the email that we have received with a vacancy number 20179, with requester name rana alhelesi, but when searching in submissions we have another result with a a different vacancy and different requester (Ahmad Aldorra) , this is urgent we are having an audit visit in 2 days, we kidly need this problem to be solved as soon as possible

    Hello, 

    I have checked our records and it seems that your account does not have archived submissions. After refreshing the counter, I see that form you shared already has old submission. Can you please check if other forms also now reflect submissions correctly?
