Why I'm being asked for my password when I login using Google?

    I logged into JotFrom through Google. I'm being asked for my password, but when I enter my Google password into the system I'm told it is not correct. What is my password?

    I see that your account is already enabled with HIPAA compliance. Could you let us know if you are being asked for the current password when you try to change the password from the account settings or enabling HIPAA compliance? 

    If you are trying to change the password from the account settings, it is not required for you to change the password since the account shall be authorized by the Google account.
