This is most likely a problem with either your iPhone settings or your mail server. Our app has very little, if not nothing, to do with push emails.
Push e-mail is used to describe e-mail systems that provide an always-on capability, in which new e-mail is actively transferred or pushed as it arrives by the mail delivery agent or mail server to the mail user agent or the e-mail client.
Once your form is filled out, our mail server sends the notification emails to your mail server (Gmail, Yahoo, or mobile networks). It is then up to your email server to actively push those messages to your email client which is, in this case, your iPhone.
