Is there a way to link my account to the current paid account?

    Hi there,
My department already has a paid subscription. I can't recall what steps I used to create my account, but I am listed as having a "free" account. I have forms and am currently collecting data. Unfortunately, I am about to hit my max submissions for the month, and this would have very damaging impacts. Is there a way to link my account to the current paid account?

    Thanks,
    Mindy

    Hi @mindyrose85

Thank you for reaching out to our Support Forum. Yes, there is a way to achieve this, the paid account must add your email address on their account to be a sub-user. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi There,
Thank you for your help, but I am already listed as a sub-account, but my account is still listed as "Free" See below:

And here is a screengrab from my co-worker who has the "paid" account. My registered email address is highlighted.

Thanks for the update. Please note that the forms shared with sub-users are also maintained and managed from the paid account.

I can see that there are two forms which you have created in your account and these are not shared forms. Now, these forms can be moved to the paid account if required to free up space.

    Thanks for your help!

Before I transfer the forms, will the form submission link also remain the same, or will the transfer change it to a new link address?

I have published the link of the current form, and if I move it to the other account, I am concerned that the published link will not work anymore and stop effectively collecting data during our current recruitment season (until mid-May). If so, a transfer sounds like a good option for the next recruitment season, but not for the current recruitment.

    Thanks for your help!

I assume you are referring to the form URL link i.e. the published link, right? When forms are moved from one account to another, the form URL or ID does not change.

But if you are using custom URL names in your forms, they will need to be recreated when forms are moved from one account to another due to the change in username.

Currently, the submission limit has reached 90 and once the limit crosses 100, your account could get inactive with the requirement to upgrade. Your data will still be available in the account and will not get lost. Please also note that the submission counter gets reset to zero at the beginning of every month.

Based on this if you want to move the forms to the paid account, do let us know and we can assist you to move the forms. When forms are moved the submissions/uploads also get moved to the other account.
