Form submission not received and new jotform account

    Good Afternoon

I have a number of veterinary practices in my jotform paid account  - each with their own online submission forms attached to their websites.

One practice has had a few problems with forms not being received. The most recent is a form not received by a client trying to order repeat medication as shown here - https://bicestervets.co.uk/contact/order-a-repeat-prescription/

I have logged into my jotform and seen that the client did send the form for repeat medication for her pet but the practice must have a problem with their servers as it has happened a few times before and they have not received it.

My query is this - I want the practice to open up their own jotform account so that they can login and view all submissions sent to jotform themselves. I have a number of accounts in my jotform for a number of practices, so I don't want to give them access to my jotform account.

Is there a way to clone their forms from one jotform account to another so that I can seamlessly integrate their forms into their own account without having to redo them from scratch?

Many thanks for your help with this

    Kind regards

    Arielle

To my understanding, you would like to share the submissions page of a form only to the practice associated with it. The feature that allows an account to share the ability to view submissions to another account (sub-user) is no longer available — How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

However, in your case, perhaps you can just create a report of the form submissions and share the link to that report to the associated practice.

Reports can also be password protected. You can provide the associated practice the public share link and the password to the report so they will be able to view submissions made to their form that is in your account.

I would suggest that you check both the Grid Listing Report and/or the HTML Table Listing Report to see which one will best suit your needs.

I hope this helps. If you have other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Many thanks for your reply. As the ability to view submissions to another account (sub-user) is no longer available, I thought I could then get them to set up their own jotform account so that they can access all the submissions as soon as they are placed.

Am I then able to clone the current forms to transfer them from my jotform account into the new jotform account set up by my client, or do I have to start building the forms from scratch for my client?

Many thanks again for all your help with this

The forms can be cloned by another account, you can share them the link and the following guide to clone the form: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Note that this will not clone the submissions and will not share the submissions data either, if your purpose is to allow them to edit your form and share the submissions data then you may refer to the guides shared above to share the submissions and this guide to allow them to edit your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/419-Understanding-Form-Collaboration
