I cannot recover my password

hi,

i need to log in to my account. for some reason i can't... seems like i dont know the right password. but when i want to set a new password and go to "forgot password" the site just does not send me a email for password recovery... there is no email, nothing... 

is that a common problem or what can be done ?

Perhaps the account you are trying to log in to is associated with another email address.

We would be able to check if that is true if you provide us the username of your account. Or, you can also provide us the direct link of any of the forms saved under your account.

The account the form you linked is associated with is rolf13. And that account is associated with the email address — y*****e*4@*m**l.com
