Hello,
I created a form and did a test that successfully went through. However, haven't received the submission through jotform or my google drive. How can I receive assistance with this?

I have checked your account. There were no submissions. Then I tried the form. My all data sent to your account. Please check your submissions.
Your form has the required payment field. You or the users must correctly fill this field to submit the form. Else you may get this error.It means you didn't submit the form.
