I know I can generate PDFs from the editor, but doing it from the submissions page allow you to filter by date and others. How do you attach these together?

Sorry for the confusion. As far as I understand, you want to create separate PDF documents for various groups of submissions. You can use only one layout for the one form. You can send different PDF documents via notification emails. But when you want to download submissions, only one layout will be using.
Can you please clarify your request?

When a click the PDF icon on the submission page down in the grid location, I want a single page PDF for form entry. If I click the PDF icon "customize PDF" at the top of the submission page, it takes me to the PDF editor where I built to PDF doc "Print Report" I want to see when I the PDF icon.
Currently it looks like this 8 pages:

It seems that the download PDF in the submission page is different from the PDF document created in the PDF editor.
We may forward a feature request to our developers.
To clarify, do you want to have the same PDF layout in the PDF editor when you download the submissions as PDF?
